Exchanges may be accepted when the item received does not match the original order in style, size, color, or specification, or when a manufacturing issue is identified. Accessories are not eligible for exchange.
Returns are only reviewed in cases where the delivery time exceeds the maximum timeframe committed by LEGER.
Returned items must be kept in their original state, with all tags, labels, packaging, and accompanying components intact. Products must remain unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from stains, fragrance, or any visible signs of use. Made-to-order items, accessories, underwear, and socks are excluded from exchange and return support.
Requests must be submitted within 03 days from the date of receipt. Once approved, orders in Ho Chi Minh City must be returned within 24 hours. For other locations, shipment confirmation must be provided within 24 hours after approval.
Approved exchanges will be processed and dispatched within 07–10 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. International orders require direct consultation so that each case can be supported with the appropriate guidance.
LEGER will cover related costs in cases involving incorrect delivery or confirmed manufacturing defects. Requests based on personal preference may be subject to applicable fees, depending on the specific situation.
Made-to-order pieces are not eligible for exchange. Discounted items are not applicable for return or exchange. When possible, LEGER may provide complimentary adjustments for minor fit or technical concerns.
Domestic orders may receive partial or full shipping support depending on the nature of the case. International customers are responsible for return shipping to Vietnam, while LEGER may assist with local handling where applicable. Detailed consultation is recommended before purchase to ensure greater accuracy and confidence.
All items must be returned in their original condition. LEGER reserves the right to update this policy in accordance with collections, campaigns, or seasonal releases.
